1. Plan for Success

The first step to a successful plan is to plan ahead and carefully. If you fail to plan, you intend to fail. It can be difficult to make time for proper planning, but it is very important to get any plan out of the ground. You may have to get up 15 minutes early or go to bed 15 minutes later, but then you will never regret it because it went well.

The first order of business in studying self-movement techniques is to decide what you want to do. Make a list of goals because they relate to your title. Gold plating is an art in itself. The target should be in two stages. First, be a long-term goal, and then break each goal into smaller goals or tasks. Then place these goals in a timeline or round map.

Once you have a map of your goals, you will see the steps you need to take to reach a long-term goal. Now set a date for each small goal. As you complete each task toward a long-term goal, be sure to circle that task on your goal map so you can monitor your progress.

Now you get to make a list of "whys". This will make the emotions go after your goals and they will become so strong and clear in your mind. You really need to move on to why you want to achieve these goals. You may want to spend more time with your children or send them to a good school. What will motivate you? Maybe you want to travel and see the world. Make sure to make these "whispers" as specific as you can.


2. Eliminate Negativity

There will always be people who see you and your success in some way or another. You can't eliminate all these people from your life because some of them will be your own family. The key is to understand that they don't understand your passion and why you want to change your life.

However, there are many things you can do to eliminate the negative. This is where some good self-motivation techniques come in. The first step is to eliminate as much media as you possibly can. Five years ago in my life, I had to go to the fast media without any newspaper, TV news broadcast, or news magazine. I started with the idea of trying for 30 days, but I found that it felt so good since I continued. News media is full of negativity, and if you want to live a positive life, you have to eliminate the influence of the media on it.


3. De-Clutter Your Life

When you remove clutter from your life, it helps to clutter your mind. When you are planning, be sure to spend time in your schedule to keep your life clean at work. When you live in a workspace or suffer from clutter, your mind is not free to focus on creative matters. In your subconscious mind, his focus will be on the need to clean up the area because he knows it needs to be cleaned to keep your creativity going.

When you have time on your schedule every week to maintain your work and living space, this eliminates the pressure of falling behind in seeing piles of paper and clutter. So make it a priority in your planning phase.


4. Exercise

Exercise improves the body and mind. It improves blood flow, strength and mental clarity. This does not mean that you need to exercise for three hours every day to see improvement. Just 30 minutes of strenuous physical activity a day will bring great improvements over time.

So when you're in the planning phase of your goals, make sure to set up 30 minutes of exercise daily. Choose activities each day that you enjoy and are different from. This will ensure that you do not get angry and skip the exercise program.


5. Sleep

This is the easiest self-motivation technique for people to buy! The amount of time you spend in sleep is important in allowing you to reach your goals. Sleep occurs when the body rejuvenates itself, and the brain is in its creative capacity. That's why I recommend you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night so that lack of sleep will not distract you from your goals. I also recommend that you keep a dream journal with you in bed, so that if you wake up from a dream, you can capture the creative thoughts that are arising in your mind.


6. Affirmations

Using a short, positive, and repetitive thought to help you focus your mind on what you want in your life is called affirmation. The proof is a very useful tool in attracting good things in your life. However, there are some specific points that can make your affirmation a more powerful force in your life. I call them 3 P's in powerful affirmations.

1. Affirmation needs to be positive. 2. Need to be in the current era. 3. It must be very accurate

The first key to confirming a strong affirmation is to make it positive. So it can't be something like, "I wish this guy was fired so I could get his job." The mind will focus on the negative and the word "focus". Then the one who is being evicted can be you. It is better to say, "I am in a very satisfying position, just like this person." In this way, your subconscious mind is focused on a very satisfying place and that is what you are attracted to.

Confirmation is just as positive. It is also important that the positive emotions you repeat are associated with confirmation. What you are saying is your reality and experience as you feel it. When you repeat the words over and over again, feel these positive emotions rise in your soul. Now you are sending a positive message and your antenna is getting more powerful.

The second key is to confirm the current situation. "I want to make a lot of money", or "I want to be a great artist." That's not fair. When you say "I want to", you are broadcasting that your condition is non-existent. Being in a state of desire is not a good place. You need to broadcast in "being" mode. So you could say, "I'm making a lot of money," or "I'm a great artist."

The third key to a great affirmation is precision. The more detailed your confirmation, the more your broadcast will be heard. Think of a radio station. To get the broadcast you need to put your specific radio on a special number like 97.9 or 105.7. If you are at 97.7 or 105.9 you will not hear the message.

So put as much detail into your affirmation. You could say, for example, "I'm making ڈالر 100,000 in the next 12 months, a job I love." Or "I'm creating art by painting the most beautiful landscapes in my area."

So there you have it. Powerful affirmation from 3P. Now go and create your own confirmation and repeat them every morning when you wake up. Then make a list and keep it with you so you can repeat yourself throughout the day. Soon you will have an unconscious mind that is programmed to do exactly what it is supposed to do. 7. Do a To-Do List

Remember what it's like to go on vacation? Remember the day when you were ready to go on vacation? Most people have a to-do list for the day so that all important tasks are completed before they leave town.

Why not make each day as productive as you go on vacation? You have the option to create a day of your choice every morning. If there are priorities that need to be done or things that you need to do to grow, write it down and give you a map of your day. It makes you more productive and gives you a sense of accomplishment as each item is checked on your list.


8. Have an Attitude of Expectation!

If you do some of the things offered in this course on a regular basis, you should expect improvement in all aspects of your life. Don't be afraid of the desire outside of your life. This life is short and if you want to get the most out of it, do these things each to become self-employed people and enjoy every day as if this is your last life.
